I required an architect for what seemed a difficult project so began my search, I searched high and low having previously being very unsatisfied with architects that I had used and from my experience I realised they were not always working in the best interest of there client.

I came across Design Space 2 by checking on a similar project which I know had been approved recently in a very unlikely location.

Upon speaking to Riyaz Nilar, I felt comforted knowing he had a wealth of experience on delivering planning approval on many projects. The plans were drawn up and submitted to the local authority, there was extensive communication between Riyaz and the planning officer, Riyaz was highly professional throughout his communication and always mindful of staying on the right of the planning officer to ensure the end result was planning approval.

The project was granted approval and Riyaz maintained his high level of service throughout the building works, he was easily available on the phone and the builders knew they could call upon his expertise throughout the build.

I have since used Riyaz on two other projects and he continues to provide the highest level of service which includes fantastic designs, listening to the client and working in there best interest, he provides an excellent all round package and not just fancy designs.

I will now be instructing him to design my personal house having used him on 3 commercial projects. I am a very satisfied client and would highly recommend Riyaz and his excellent team at Design Space 2.
